St. Isabel Hospital provides you specialist service round the clock in the management of life threatening emergencies.

In Patient Services:

The in-patient has General wards, Sharing rooms, Private rooms, A/C rooms, ICCU, IMCU and Deluxe rooms. Specialty trained nurses are available round the clock to help patients to have an early recovery. Waiting room facilities are available for the attendants of the patients who are admitted in Intensive care units

Admission and Registration:

Admission / Registration for Patients is done at the Admission counter of the Front Office. The following documents are to be brought by you for Admission.
1. Doctor’s Referral letter/Admission Authorization Form.
2. Payment Instructions (e.g. Letter of Guarantee) from the employer.
3. Insurance Pre-Authorization Approval Particulars.
4. ID Proof, Medical Aid card, Contact phone number, Residential Address and reports.

Kindly Remember:

1. Please do not carry any valuables like jewellery, firearms etc., No liability will be accepted by the hospital in respect of cash or belongings.
2. The hospital premises are strictly prohibited for Alcohol and smoking4

3. You will be required to make a cash deposit on admission. The admission office will advise you on the prevailing deposit rates.

Canteen:
Canteen in this hospital ensures healthy food to the patients and to the attendants from 6.30am to 9pm. The 24 hours coffee shop provides fresh coffee and refreshments.

Cost of Hospital Care:
The Admission counter enumerates the Patient and their attendants with the Cost of Hospital care at the time of admission along with the Room tariff.

Out Patient Services:
Outpatient services are available on all working days. Although, walk-in patients are seen, it is advisable to fix up early appointment to make the visit a pleasant one.6

Master Health Checkup:
Master health checkup facility is available at St. Isabel’s Hospital. Patients are requested to fix up appointment to avail this facility. Dietary Facilities:
The hospital has an efficient diet kitchen and qualified dieticians to provide dietary facilities and diet advice to the patients admitted in the hospital.
Discharge Procedure:
Your doctor will decide the appropriate time and advice you when you can be discharged. As part of our total patient care service, our staff will work with you and your family members to plan for your continuing care after discharge.
Settling your Hospital Bills:
You will be requested to settle your bills in full before leaving the Hospital. Payment of hospital bill and admission deposits may be made at the cash counter of the Front Office. We accept all major credit cards.7

As you leave, the Ward Staff will assist you with the following:
1. Give you the medication prescribed and advice you on its use
2. Give you a Discharge summary and Medical certificate if necessary
3. Provide self-care information or instructions, where necessary.
4. Give you a follow-up appointment
Laboratory Services:
Clinical laboratory attached to St. Isabel’s hospital is a full fledged laboratory which works round the clock and all emergency specimens even from other hospitals are accepted at any time.
Biochemistry Lab:
The Biochemistry department of St. Isabel’s hospital has highly qualified and motivated team of Technical staff and it is well equipped with latest state of art technology, to perform not only the routine biochemical test for patients care but also a wide variety of super specialized investigations.
The Other Lab facilities available at St. Isabel Hospital are: Hematology & Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, Histopathology & Cytopathology and Satellite Blood Bank.
Radiology & Imaging Services:
